IMPORTANT NOTE: You must confirm your MPP attendance by Friday April 10th, 2026. Failure to do so by this date may result in any additional costs associated with potential flight increases being charged back to the winner.

GETTING STARTED!

This is a 3-part process, and it is very important for you to complete each section so we can ensure a smooth travel plan!

STEP 1: REGISTRATION

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • If you are bringing a guest you will be required to pay upfront before you are able to check-out. The cost to bring a guest (check-in May 10th, check-out May 14th) is $1,882.00 CAD or $415.00 per night + $200.00 for transfers and $30.00 Insureline travel policy. Cost of flight not included in price). Payment will be taken up-front upon registration.
  • If you qualified for multiple trips, please contact Erin McRae-Greig at erin@dlc.ca and Kate Brady at kate@dlc.ca directly.
  • If you would like to extend your stay, please request your dates while registering. The event team will submit this request to the hotel for approval, this takes an average of ten (10) business days for decision.

STEP 2: CREATING YOUR TRAVEL PROFILE 

Once you have completed your registration, we will reach out to coordinate your travel profile (and guest profile, if applicable)  if one is not already on file with our travel agency.

After your travel profile has been successfully created or confirmed, we will proceed with coordinating your flight booking.

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION:
Canadian citizens MUST HAVE a valid passport with an expiry date no less than six (6) months before your return to Canada.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
The name on your airline ticket/e-ticket MUST be identical to the name on your passport.

IMPORTANT! Please do not attempt to book flights until the event team has emailed saying your profile is completed.

 

STEP 3: SUBMIT YOUR DETAILS

Once your travel profile (and guest profile, if applicable) has been completed with all required travel documents and contact information, we will send you an email with our travel agent’s contact details to begin coordinating your flight booking.

At that time, please provide the following information:

  • Departure City
  • Preferred Departure Date
  • Preferred Return Date
  • Guest Name (if applicable)
  • Any Additional Travel Details or Requests

⚠️ Important: Please do not book your own flights. All travel must be coordinated through Head Office. Flights booked independently will not be reimbursed.

This trip is non-transferrable, nor can it be redeemed for cash value. If you are unable to attend, you forfeit the trip.
