NOTE: You must confirm your MPP attendance by Tuesday, March 4th, 2025. Failure to do so by this date may result in any additional costs associated with potential flight increases being charged back to the winner.

GETTING STARTED!

This is a 3-part process, and it is very important for you to complete each section so we can ensure a smooth travel plan!

STEP 1: REGISTRATION

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • If you are bringing a guest you will be required to pay upfront before you are able to check-out. The cost to bring a guest (check-in April 6th, check-out April 10th) is $1,598.00 CAD or $399.00 per night + the cost of their flight + $140.00 for transfers and Insureline travel policy). Payment will be taken up-front upon registration.
  • If you are bringing a guest on the MPP Retreat this Spring, please ensure they also complete the travel profile in full unless you are booking your guests travel directly with an airline and not through our travel provider.
  • If you qualified for multiple trips, please contact Erin McRae-Greig at erin@dlc.ca and Kate Brady at kate@dlc.ca directly.
  • If you would like to extend your stay, please request your dates while registering. The event team will submit this request to the hotel for approval, this takes an average of ten (10) business days for decision.

STEP 2: CREATING YOUR TRAVEL PROFILE 

Please complete the travel profile during registration. Please note * it is MANDATORY to complete this form before we can finalize flights, this is also applicable to your guest.  Please ensure information collected within the profile is accurate, and that all mandatory fields are completed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Credit Card Information: Please note that your CC will not be charged for the MPP Retreat. The credit card information is being requested for all future travel where DLCG does not cover your costs, you will never be charged without full registration and approval.
  • Rewards Programs: If you have memberships with Air Canada, West Jet, Hyatt, Marriott, Hertz etc. or other providers please ensure this is included so we can associate your travel with the applicable programs in your name.

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION:
Canadian citizens MUST HAVE a valid passport with an expiry date no less than six (6) months before your return to Canada.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
The name on your airline ticket/e-ticket MUST be identical to the name on your passport.

IMPORTANT! Please do not attempt to book flights until your profile is completed.

 

STEP 3: SUBMIT YOUR DETAILS

Once you have completed your profile (and guest profile if applicable), with your travel documents and contact details, please email Direct Travel at 1a.agent@dt.com with the below information:

Any additional information if necessary. 

Please DO NOT book your own flights, all travel must be coordinated through Head Office. You will not be reimbursed for your flight if you book independently.

Please note that the this trip is non-transferrable. If you are unable to attend, you forfeit the trip.
